Pittsburgh/Gibsonia Trip

Wow it's been nearly a year since I was here in PA near my family and family of friends. Staying in my old house, sleeping in my own bed here as a guest. Helping dear friend Peter prepare for what is shaping up to be one of the biggest parties in the history of Peter parties....which is really saying something seeing how there has been amazing parties here for over 40 years!  He is launching the re-opening of the studio, gallery and healing center which will be the future of this place. It is an invitation RSVP party with over 150 coming (so far) with national level musicians, lots of wonderful food and of course a million candles and ti-ki torches, oh and one giant bonfire with 4 tents, and 4 other fire pits blazing. Should be pretty fabulous.. A parking shuttle going between the library and the event will be running all night. Wow!

I can't write more as there is plenty to do. I love that Taylor and Kelly are coming down to help and work each day. What a pleasure to  spend time with my son and his sweetheart. I love them dearly.

Yesterday I got to see my sweet friend and international level illustrator David and we snuck in a quick trip to the Carnegie International at the CMOA. I miss my friends in PA when I am in CO and I miss my friends in CO when I'm in PA! A lucky position to be in. I am so blessed.

Jill, it is so nice to see that smile on your face. I'm glad you are getting to spend time here with family and friends. I think it is wonderful that Peter is reopening the studio and healing center. There is such rich history there and it is just filled with inspiration and peacefulness. Have a blessed holiday!

Okay I totally goofed. Debba is right! I have very close friends that are between and beyond! And I love them al. Like I said...I am so blessed.
