Feeling blessed to have just completed the Institute which was fantastic. We had great facilitators and I was one of 12 powerhouse Arts organization leaders to learn how to be more effective at facilitating change through the Arts. Talk about inspiring! The institute was held at the Garden of the Gods Club and Resort in Colorado Springs. It was absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. Take a look for yourself:
Other good news...I was recently informed that I won the Association for Creative Industries (AFCI) lifetime achievement award for helping others through the Arts. The Special Recognition Award is an honor and I am thrilled! This ceremony will take place in Phoenix in January at the annual show (used to be called CHA) which I have been attending for literally a couple of decades. I think this means I am getting old! Feeling so blessed.
